The Judiciary Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 73 "An                      
Act relating to the time for filing certain civil actions; and providing       
for an effective date" and recommended it be replaced with                     
                                                                               
CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 73(JUD), entitled:                                     
"An Act relating to the time for filing certain civil                         
actions and to apportionment of damages in a civil                             
action; and providing for an effective date."
